Questions sellers ask first
Anything else? Create a store and look around, or log in to an existing one.
Is Mercivo a marketplace?
No. Every seller gets a separate, independent store. Your products, customers and orders are yours, and they are never pooled into a shared catalogue.
Can I use my own domain?
Every shop gets its own address on Mercivo today. Connecting your own domain is planned; tell us if you need it.
Who receives the payments?
You do. You enter your own Razorpay, CCAvenue or Stripe credentials, and shoppers pay into your account. You can also offer cash on delivery.
How do AI credits work?
AI tools spend credits from your store balance. If a request fails, the credits go straight back. You can ask for a top-up pack when you need more.
Can I turn features on and off?
Mercivo is built from modules. Core modules are always on, and optional ones such as inventory, coupons, reviews and AI are switched on for your store as your plan allows.
Can I change my store design later?
Yes. Choose another theme from the Theme page in your dashboard and the whole storefront changes. Your products and content stay as they are.
Can I sell in a physical shop too?
Yes. Point of sale is available on plans that include it. It uses the same products and stock as your online shop, and keeps recording sales if the internet drops.
Which currency and payment methods do I pay Mercivo with?
Shops in India pay in rupees by UPI, cards or net banking. Shops in the euro zone pay in euros, and everyone else in US dollars, by card or PayPal. Your own shoppers pay into your own gateway.
